This is by far the nicest RV resort we have been to and we have been to many. (Traveled for years) It’s a beautiful, gated resort situated on the bay (which dog’s are allowed on off-leash). The grounds are gorgeous, very private and serene. The staff( Justine) was so welcoming, always there to accommodate us and all of our neighbors were so friendly. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Only 79 luxury motorcoach resort sites surround beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds. The coach houses located on each site can be and have been fully equipped with bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms or whatever the owner desires. The creativity and imagination of our owners have produced some spectacular interiors that will amaze you. Covered patios and outdoor kitchens are customizable and add to the beauty and function of each site.

Heritage is located within sight of Perdido Pass and the gulf, allowing our resort to serve as port of call for yacht and sport boat owners. This close proximity to the gulf and abundance of beam space makes our boat slips the perfect home base for deep sea fishing and cruising the thousands of miles of Intracoastal Waterway.
